Definitions
The term ‘Classic Pick-up Supplies’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to Classic Pick-up Supplies registered to Unit 1 43 Access Crescent, Coolum Beach, QLD 4573; ABN 67 521 256 963.
The term ‘customer’ or ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user of this website.
By using this website, you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions.
- Due to the current the instability in manufacturing prices, pricing on parts listed as ‘Special Order’ or are out of stock is subject to change and Classic Pickup Supplies reserves the right to refund an order if the parts cannot be procured for the previous pricing.
- The content within the website is general information only and is subject to change without notice.
- Classic Pick-up Supplies and our suppliers do not provide warranties or guarantees on the products sold. Classic Pick-up Supplies exclude liability for any inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent of the law.
- Use of information and materials within this website are by your own risk, for which Classic Pick-up Supplies will not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure the products and information provided on this website meet your specific requirements.
- Products listed on this website are reproduced for vehicles manufactured in the United States of America. Classic Pick-up Supplies takes no responsibility for parts purchased for fitment on vehicles manufactured outside of the United States of America. It is your responsibility to understand the differences between vehicles manufactured outside of the United States of America.
- Reproduction of any material owned or licenced by Classic Pick-up Supplies is strictly prohibited unless without written approval by Classic Pick-up Supplies.
- Unauthorised use of this website can be claimed as damages and/or be a criminal offence.
- Any links provided within this website are for the continence of the customer and is not an endorsement of that link. Content on linked websites is not the responsibility of Classic Pick-up Supplies.
- Your use of this website and any dispute that may arise out of the use of the website is subject to the laws of Australia.
- Minor dings, dents, scratches and blemishes are not considered defective and will not affect the usability of sheet metal parts.
- All Startrack deliveries include insurance. Should your parts arrive damaged, Classic Pick-up Supplies must be notified within 24 hours of accepting delivery. If you fail to notify damage within this period the product is deemed to have arrived safely and Classic Pick-up Supplies will not accept a refund or replace the good(s).
- Any charges arising from the courier company not being able to make a successful delivery will be passed onto the customer.
Returns
Refunds are not provided for
- The wrong selection
- Changed of mind
- Special ordered items
- Fitted goods or there is obvious signs the goods have attempted to be fitted
- Poor workmanship at the time of install
- Products that have been painted
- Minor dings, dents, scratches and blemishes are not considered defective and will not affect the usability of sheet metal parts.
Valid Refunds
- Classic Pick-up Supplies must be notified of the faulty/damaged product 24 hours after receiving the delivery.
- All returned goods must be posted or personally delivered back to Classic Pick-up Supplies at the expense of the customer.
- Original packaging must be provided with the returned goods.
- Classic Pick-up Supplies reserves the right to provide either a refund or store credit.
- All refunds incur a 20% re-stocking fee.
